Guard ++ Advanced Earthing Electrode
Earth Plus advanced earthing electrodes are engineered to endure the most enviously corrosive environments. These electrodes are robust enough to withstand fault currents of very high magnitude. Fabricated from excellent quality G.I/Copper pipes, these electrodes are virtually indestructible.
The pipes are profiled with proprietary "super conductive crystalline compound" which encloses the primary conductor completely, increasing it's surface area and also forming a protective layer against corrosion. It never allows the primary conductor to come in direct contact with corrosive elements in the surrounding soil.

Advanced Earthing Compound
Soil resistivity is the key factor affecting earth resistance — higher resistivity leads to higher resistance, regardless of electrode type or size. Advanced Earthing Compound is specially developed to overcome the limitations of conventional backfill materials, ensuring improved performance and reliable earthing.
Our Features
Our Advanced Earthing Compound is designed to deliver superior performance, durability, and reliability. Below are the key features that make it an ideal choice for efficient earthing systems.
Non - corrosive
Improves the life of the earthing system and does not damage electrode metal in any way.
All Weather Condition
Doesn't depend on ambient moisture to sustain the earth resistance values giving stable earth resistance values.
High Conductivity & Resistivity Reduction
Highly conductive backfill material that significantly improves grounding efficiency. It can reduce soil resistivity by up to 90%, ensuring better performance.
Versatile Design & Efficient Performance:
Compatible with all types of electrodes including pipes, plates, and rods, and suitable for both vertical and horizontal installations. It enhances surface area for faster fault current dissipation while maintaining constant volume without shrinking or expanding.
Eco-Friendly & Long Lasting:
Environment-friendly composition that does not contaminate groundwater. Maintains volume and offers a long shelf life without deterioration.
How Its Works
In the event of a fault, fault current dissipates into the ground through the earth connection. All metals are good conductors, so current easily flows through the electrode conductor and earthing electrode. The major obstruction occurs at the interface of the electrode and surrounding soil.
Research shows that replacing soil immediately surrounding the electrode with a conductive material significantly reduces resistance at this interface.

From the relation, earth resistance (r) is directly proportional to soil resistivity. Lower soil resistivity means lower earth resistance.
Therefore, by using advanced earthing compound as backfill:
-
Soil resistivity is reduced
-
Earth resistance (R) decreases
-
Fewer electrodes are required
-
System becomes efficient, durable, and cost-effective
Formula

Bentonite is a moisture-retaining compound made from highly hygroscopic grades. It is used as backfill in dry and rocky terrain to maintain moisture levels. It absorbs and retains moisture for long periods and reduces soil resistivity.

Bentonite Moisture Retaining Compound
Properties
Low Natural Restivity
Ability to absorb moisture from surrounding soil
Highly Hygroscopic
Prevents contact loss during moisture changes

Copper Bonded Earth Rods
Manufactured from high tensile low carbon steel by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper, there earth rods conform to BS 4360 grade 43A. Each rod is treated with Benzol triozole derivatives to prevent oxidation of copper bonding. The threads are formed by roll threading process which ensure strength and maintain the molecularly bonded copper along the full length of the threads. The rods can be deep driven manually or by using power hammer.
